General comment

On Thursday, local factors will continue to dominate the weather, generating isolated rains typical of the season. In the early morning, light to partial cloud cover is expected throughout the country. In the morning, warm temperatures could be recorded. In the mountains and northern Guanacaste, wind gusts of between 30 km/h and 60 km/h could occur. In the afternoon, the typical rains of the season will be concentrated mainly in the mountains of the national territory and towards the plains of the Central/South Pacific and the Northern Zone, as well as around the Gulf of Nicoya. There is a possibility of showers with thunderstorms in parts of the South Pacific. In the early hours of the night, they could extend towards the coasts of the Central/South Pacific.
