Aguaceros con tormenta esta tarde y OT#30 para mañana miércoles

Diagnóstico: Condiciones inestables se mantienen en la atmósfera en los alrededores del país, esto debido a la cercanía de la Zona de Convergencia Intertropical y al alto contenido de humedad aunado al calentamiento matutino. Además, la onda tropical #30 está localizada al oeste de Colombia trasladándose hacia el oeste.
Pronóstico: Para esta tarde se prevén aguaceros aislados con tormenta eléctrica en las montañas del Pacífico Central, Valle del General y sector del Tempisque, así como en las llanuras de la Zona Norte y montañas del Caribe. Montos estimados entre 20-50 mm con posibles montos superiores puntuales. Para el Valle Central se esperan aguaceros aislados con tormenta. Montos máximos estimados entre 10-30 mm.
La onda tropical #30 estaría pasando por nuestro país este miércoles, se espera que refuerce la actividad lluviosa vespertina generando aguaceros con tormenta de moderada a fuerte intensidad en la Zona Norte, Pacífico Norte y Valle Central, así como en las montañas del Pacífico Central/Sur y del Caribe.
Advertencia: Condiciones de suelos saturados se mantienen en el Valle Central, Vertiente del Pacífico y Zonas montañosas del Caribe y la Zona Norte. Esta situación indica riego significativo de incidentes por saturación de alcantarillado, crecidas de ríos o deslizamientos por lo que se recomienda especial precaución.
Debido a lo anterior, el IMN recomienda:
- Precaución por saturación de alcantarillado en lugares propensos a este tipo de inundaciones.
- Prevención ante tormenta eléctrica y buscar refugio en un sitio seguro en caso de presentarse o de percibir fuertes ráfagas de viento cerca de las nubes de tormenta, debido a la posible caída de ramas de árboles, tendido eléctrico, entre otros. Estas ráfagas pueden alcanzar 80 km/h en algunos casos aislados.
